breakage, loss of light transmission, and excessive yellowing for a period
of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Border Fabric
5 year limited Warranty
The
border fabric of your Barrett Bonded Window, either approved vinyl or
acrylic canvas, has a limited warranty of 5 years against becoming
unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from sunlight and other
normal exposure conditions for a period of five years on a pro-rated basis
from the date of purchase.
Window Construction
5 year limited Warranty
Barrett Bonded Windows are warranted
for 5 years to be free of defects in material and workmanship on a
pro-rated basis from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies under conditions
of normal usage and does not apply to any failure from negligence or
misuse. See Care Instructions

Enclosures retains the option to repair or replace the defective panel.
Cost for packing and shipping is not covered by this warranty.
All returns for warranty consideration must have a return
authorization number provided by Barrett Enclosures labeled clearly on the
outside of all packaging.
The
pro-rated basis of the warranty is based on the following: in the first
year of ownership, the windows are guaranteed for 100% of the retail
value; year 2, 80% of the retail value; year 3, 60% of the retail value;
year 4, 40% of their retail value; and year 5; for 20% of their retail
value. The original receipt
must be included with all warranty claims.
